My husband and I are first time home buyers. When I first called Rocket Mortgage I got Cass. From that point on, he made me feel like a friend. I remember one point in our first phone call he felt that I was over whelmed (which I was) and said "stop". He directed me to his web page with his picture and Bio. From that day on he was there when I had a question or concern. As we got further into the loan process I then started speaking with "his team". They were just as helpful and generous with their knowledge. I am very pleased with Rocket Mortgage and I am glad I am sharing this accomplishment with them.

Checking out what it would take to refi turned into a great conversation with Shmuel. I thought a 30 year fixed was the way to go. He helped us get into a 15 year fixed at a lower rate than I ever expected. He was transparent through the entire process and was available to answer my questions. He is great at what he does and we appreciate his support along with Rocket Mortgage.

He answered all our questions and if he didn't have the answer he said that he didn't and got back to us quickly with an answer. He made himself available when ever we needed to reach him.

James walked me through the entire process on two loans nearly simultaneously. If you have any questions even late on a weekend James somehow makes himself available and ensures you aren't waiting nervously for info. I cannot recommend working with him highly enough.
