He got us approved in a very short time. During the entire process he kept me informed via email, phone calls and texts. I wasn't sure I should refinance, but I went and filled out the Rocket Mortgage-loan questionaire that popped up on my weather app. The next morning I got a call from Chris. After talking to him I knew I wanted to pursue the refinancing. Chris was very informative on what was needed. The process went pretty smoothly and we are happy to have a set rate on a 15 yr. as apposed to a 30 year with the 5...I wasn't sure I should refinance, but I went and filled out the Rocket Mortgage-loan questionaire that popped up on my weather app. The next morning I got a call from Chris.
