I just got my closing date from Rocket Mortgage, less then 20 days from start to finish.. I never thought a single person with soso credit could be able to pull this off.. Rocket Mortgage Mark and Chris worked with me and helped me every step of the way. they made this so easy and so less stressful, compared to the other places i have been to. walked me through every step, I barely had to do ...I just got my closing date from Rocket Mortgage, less then 20 days from start to finish.. With Rick's expertise we will be able to sign our re-fi papers in such a small amount of time (we started this process I believe in May 11 and signing on May 26). How quick is that!!. We are both excited that we will be saving almost $400.00 a month as we are both disabled and definitely live on a very small income. Thank you Rick and the team. I will recommend Rocket Mortgage to everyone I know.

My husband did most or all the talking with Alan Isham at Rocket Mortgage So there's not much i can say.. All i know is our refinancing loan seem to go through very fast and good.. We took our 30 loan and made it a 15 year loan.. If anyone is looking to buy a home or refinance talk to Alan Isham..

My second home equity line of credit was due to increase from a monthly payment of $100 to over $400! So I was in the market for a refinance to combine my first and second mortgage. Unfortunately, I had been turned down by three banks because of an income issue and was feeling defeated. When Jose called, I didn't think he was going to be able to help me...but I'm happy to report that not only did ...My second home equity line of credit was due to increase from a monthly payment of $100 to over $400! So I was in the market for a refinance to combine my first and second mortgage. Unfortunately, I had been turned down by three banks because of an income issue and was feeling defeated. When Jose called, I didn't think he was going to be able to help me...but I'm happy to report that not only did Jose find the right loan program for me, but he also beat all the big bank offers I got denied for. You can tell right from the start that Jose is a seasoned pro. He takes his time to explain everything in detail and walks you through the whole process. He's quick to reply to emails and texts and he's knowledgable. I felt comfortable working with Jose and feel he is trustworthy. His team is organized and efficient. The whole process took 26 days when it was estimated to take over 40 days. I never felt like I was lost or left in the dark about something. I'd get periodic calls just to see if I had any questions and to update me about the loan process.
