With Rick's expertise we will be able to sign our re-fi papers in such a small amount of time (we started this process I believe in May 11 and signing on May 26). How quick is that!!. We are both excited that we will be saving almost $400.00 a month as we are both disabled and definitely live on a very small income. Thank you Rick and the team. My husband did most or all the talking with Alan Isham at Rocket Mortgage So there's not much i can say.. All i know is our refinancing loan seem to go through very fast and good.. We took our 30 loan and made it a 15 year loan.. If anyone is looking to buy a home or refinance talk to Alan Isham..
