MY EXPERIENCE WITH JACQUIE MADE THE REFINACE PROCEDURE EASY. HER INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING OUT FORMS, UPLOADING DOCUMENTS, HER PLEASANT AND FRIENDLY DEMEANOR ON THE PHONE ALL MADE THIS A VERY EASY PROCESS. THE MESSAGE BOARD IS EASY TO NAVIGATE AND YOU GET A RESPONSE PROMPTLY. I FEEL THE ONLINE WAY OF COMMUNICATING AND DOING THIS REFINACE WAS MUCH BETTER THAN MY EXPERIENCES IN THE PAST.

Needless to say, after getting nowhere with the banker assigned to me, I tore my filing system apart and literally yelled "YES" when I found his email.
