When Jose called, I didn't think he was going to be able to help me...but I'm happy to report that not only did Jose find the right loan program for me, but he also beat all the big bank offers I got denied for. You can tell right from the start that Jose is a seasoned pro. He takes his time to explain everything in detail and walks you through the whole process. He's quick to reply to emails and texts and he's knowledgable. I felt comfortable working with Jose and feel he is trustworthy. His team is organized and efficient. The whole process took 26 days when it was estimated to take over 40 days. I never felt like I was lost or left in the dark about something. I'd get periodic calls just to see if I had any questions and to update me about the loan process. First of all I'm glad I gave Rocket Mortgage a try. I tried to refinance with the institution I used when I initially purchased the home. Five months after beginning the refinance process I was still receiving requests for documents I had already submitted. I contacted Rocket Mortgage and within two weeks we were closing. In fact, after closing with Rocket Mortgage, we were still receiving calls...First of all I'm glad I gave Rocket Mortgage a try. Five months after beginning the refinance process I was still receiving requests for documents I had already submitted. I contacted Rocket Mortgage and within two weeks we were closing. In fact, after closing with Rocket Mortgage, we were still receiving calls from the other institution requesting documents. Three months later due to family circumstances I needed to refinance again. I was expecting difficulties but Jill Patel was friendly and very helpful.
