SANDRA IS AWESOME! I was super anxious starting my first mortgage that I was going to be taken advantage of or pushed, but Sandra was so helpful, thorough, and responsive! The process was an absolute breeze. She's incredibly supportive and will work hard to make sure you understand your options and guide you through. Thank you Sandra!

I have now had two loans with Rocket Mortgage and have had the best experience. Not only is the process of buying a home organized and efficient, but customer service has been over and beyond the best. Frank is one example of someone who was very helpful and supportive throughout the entire process, but who also seemed to genuinely care about his clients.
