That made no difference with my dealing with Austin. He decided what documentation I needed to produce for my specific situation ! I provided it and got my approval in minimal time. I would highly recommend ...My experience with getting a mortgage with Austin has been very positive, professional and excellent! My schedule made staying in contact a challenge. Jill was able to work me and over come those challenges throughout the entire process.
David Blevins
David far exceeded our expectations through the sometimes stressful times of purchase and selling a home. He was very attentive & courteos in every interaction we had with him. Frequent communication is needed when selling & buying yet he never seemed frustrated but my sometime small or even stupid questions. We are a big fan of David and Rocket Mortgage.
Romoane Alexander
Jeff was very helpful and courteous. He is very resourceful and strives for a solution for his clients.
Deborah Curtis
Brittany presented herself as a true professional, and truly is someone any company would be fortunate to have as a representative.
Doreen Trammell
She was very knowledgeable and very patient with all of my crazy emotions and questions.

My fiancé and I were referred to Mark for our mortgage after already shopping around for a lender. As soon as we spoke with him, we were more than sure that Rocket Mortgage was the way to go. Mark was very knowledgeable and made the entire process easier than expected. He really showed how much he cared which made us feel more than just another client. I have already told our friends and family...My fiancé and I were referred to Mark for our mortgage after already shopping around for a lender.
