Mark did an AWESOME job with our loan! We had a tricky situation and he worked SO hard to keep us in the loop about everything that was happening! He communicated along every step of the way so we were comfortable with the process. He was kind, knowledgable, and generally GREAT to work with. We would work with him again without hesitation! I highly recommend him!

I had very bad experience ,when I contacted Rocket Mortgage for the first time. So , I almost gave up on Q L. Then I got lucky ,when I contacted Mr. Gordon Lynett. Everything changed from that point on wards. To make the long story short, he was the main architect behind the refinancing of our home. Thank you Mr. Gordon . He was very patient & understanding & helpful. Thanks ... I had very bad experience ,when I contacted Rocket Mortgage for the first time. So , I almost gave up on Q L.
