I think from the very start Omar was always there to answer any questions I had....and there were a lot because my computer had gone down and for three weeks or more I mostly could not get anything done via Internet. Also the things I did send via my scanner were inferior to the point of distraction but Omar was very patient. he knew the problem I was having and with no internet at my house i ...I think from the very start Omar was always there to answer any questions I had....and there were a lot because my computer had gone down and for three weeks or more I mostly could not get anything done via Internet. Also the things I did send via my scanner were inferior to the point of distraction but Omar was very patient. he knew the problem I was having and with no internet at my house i had to plan a trip to town to send so he called on every occasion when i needed to be made aware of anything. Basically I knew it would probably go through at a good rate as it was not for a whole lot of money and my house appraised high but for me the personal attention is what counted. I went from a reverse mortgage flexible interest that was getting too high each month for me to keep up with it. Now with all the help from Omar i am paying a small amount more each month and at least paying on principal too.Read MoreRead Less
