Angelo was great. What I didn't understand from the beginning is that I would be working with a large number of people throughout the process. I often did not know exactly who to go to when. I had one lady who said she would become my key contact and that she had a team of people to help her. I then begin receiving requests from ???? When I had a question, I was not often able to get ahold of the key contact. People and website used different titles. Occasionally, I would get a call from Angelo, so am not sure where he fit in in the end. The entire process was very confusing. Not Angelo's fault....it is just the system.Read MoreRead Less

From our first conversation, until the last one, Diana helped us through the process. She walked two very nervous seniors through the whole process with such knowledge of the system. She stayed calm every time I made a panic call about paperwork. She called me every day to see if I needed help with anything, or to just reassure me that things were going smoothly. I would recommend Rocket Mortgage to anyone, but when you call, ask for Diana Hamdan. You will get someone who is not only knowledgeable and professional but also wonderful to work with!Read MoreRead Less
