Cass is awesome!! I went through hell and back with Bank of America and I reached out to Rocket Mortgage and they transferred my call to Cass. He is the best!!! He got us approved in a very short time. During the entire process he kept me informed via email, phone calls and texts. He kept moving the loan process forward and when it went to the underwriters and then to the escalation specialist and closing specialist, he still monitored everything and kept me informed. Cass is the best in the business, bar none! Rocket Mortgage is the best in the business, I should know after my experience with Bank of America. I wasn't sure I should refinance, but I went and filled out the Rocket Mortgage-loan questionaire that popped up on my weather app. The next morning I got a call from Chris. After talking to him I knew I wanted to pursue the refinancing. Chris was very informative on what was needed. The process went pretty smoothly and we are happy to have a set rate on a 15 yr. as apposed to a 30 year with the 5...I wasn't sure I should refinance, but I went and filled out the Rocket Mortgage-loan questionaire that popped up on my weather app. The next morning I got a call from Chris.
