To help your situation. He remains in constant contact through the whole process and never once did I feel I was bothersome calling him with all my questions. He responded immediately to phone calls or texts and walked me through all my questions and concerns always with a pleasant and positive attitude.

Daniel was pleasant and helpful - but - during our conversations regarding my loan, we spoke about adding my credit cards and an account with our local tire store in with my loan. I also kept asking several different people questions regarding the amount of the loan as it wasn't adding up properly. Right down to the signing date they kept saying that "it will be explained in closing". Right down to the signing date they kept saying that "it will be explained in closing". It wasn't until I basically said that the amount of the loan was wrong - and less than half of the accounts they said they would include in the loan were actually included. The way it was written - the seller would have gotten approximately $9000 back - and he should not have received anything extra. It was an easy process - but did not get exactly what I was told I would get. I did get the amount of the loan reduced to what it should be, but did not get all of the accounts paid off that should have been.Read MoreRead Less
