My questions were answered on the spot; I new what documents I needed to submit and if I had a question Lucas always got back to me quickly; fact-based- method-driven business model that is the best in the world for customer service; Lucas is very knowledgeable and helpful when I asked him about my next purchase.

If I were his boss I would definitely make sure he stays with the company.

Anna helped me buy my first home this month and she was so great throughout the whole process. I didn't really know much about the homebuying or loan process, but Anna thoroughly talked me through everything. When I finally found a house I wanted to make an offer on,she got the necessary paperwork together for me right away . She requested all the documents she needed from me and my wife and kept the paperwork organized until we needed the approval letter. She was able to get us the approval letter quickly so we could put in our offer. She worked till the end and followed up with us/agent everyone she can do and finally made us buy a house ontime.

It was a bumpy ride along the way this time and I dealt with a number of Rocket Mortgage personnel along the way.
