Mark was extremely easy to work with. Responded quickly to my messages and phone calls. He guided me through the process of using an online product and I found it just as he said, very easy to use. Mark became the guiding light during the loan process. It was a pleasure working with Mark and would recommend Rocket Mortgage to other Veterans. Dina was terrific! From the very first call, where she suggested a VA loan to better meet our needs, which no one has ever mentioned in previous re-finances. Her team worked seamlessly, but she was always available to answer our questions, throughout the process. Great job Dina and her team. definitely " engineered to amaze"

Best person to understand YOUR needs not just trying to turn a commission for himself, has a terrific grasp on your personal situation and what you are trying to accomplish with your request, fast and efficient, gets back to you pretty quickly with a solution to the problem Thanks Andy!!

Chris was very professional and easy to work with. I was surprised how fast and easy the whole process took to refinance my home. Being able to do it all on line made it so simple, and not having to take time off of work.
