When we found our dream home, she went above and beyond in making sure we were taken care of as we went through the processing portion. Kaitlyn even offered to let us call her if we had questions or couldn't get a hold of someone. Just really wonderful customer service from Kaitlyn all around and would HIGHLY recommend her to all friends and family. Just wish she could've processed our entire experience rather than us having to be passed on to a different person.
