Alyssa was amazing to work with during the process of doing a refinance/consolidation
loan. She had to walk me through some computer issues that I didn't know how to do
and she was awesome with this----I actually learned some new things that I could do on the computer !
This was by far the most pleasant loan process that I have been through and was able to do it all from my home !

We got excellent service from Samer Berro on our Rocket Mortgage re-finance operation. Each step was well explained; all the Rocket Mortgage representatives were responsive and helpful in scheduling the signoff operation. We got a good re-finance deal and some cash for re-modeling.
