I contacted AJ a good 6 months before we officially started our new house search. I had a million questions and he was a wealth of knowledge not only regarding new financing options, but also gave me some great insight into the sale or my current house.
Over the 6 months we waited, he had a great follow up cadence that was not pushy or over bearing. Even though I rarely called him back, he continued to provide insight into the changing rates and options for when I was ready to move forward.
