I would give Michael 10 if I could. He answered all my questions, told me step by step what needed to be done for rhe loan. He helped me achieve all my goals as a customer. I never had to wait very long when he said he would get back to me. His knowledge that he has about loans is hands down perfect. He is friendly, courteous, professional and understands urgency. Jerry answered each question politely and was prompt in replying to every email we sent. It was by far the most painless process we have ever experienced. He deserves a five star rating for his management of our loan.

Mitchell was somehow able to help us refinance our mortgage when it seemed pretty much impossible for anyone else! We were bound in a 40-year interest-only loan due to some circumstances that occurred after the market crashed in 2009, but with Mitchell's help, we were able to refinance our loan, and are now back on track.
