I received a letter in the mail from Rocket Mortgage advising I was approved with no Loan Officer name.
I called and immediately got Tim. He made me feel comfortable and took needed info. If there seemed to be something hard to get, he tried to go a dif. route. He quickly quoted me what he thought would help me to lower my bills since I was retiring.
