I can tell you that I've never encountered a more intelligent, accommodating, empathetic and knowledgeable loan officer/banker. Jill was available 24/7 and always ready to lend an ear (even while attending her grandmother's funeral). Her advice was solid. She is more of a financial planner/advisor. Her recommendations are solid and when fact checking she was always en pointe. I recommended a colleague after speaking to her on our first call and both of us closed are loans practically on the same week. She was attentive to every detail even when she handed the loan package over for further work. Jill is definite an asset to your organization. She is not only concerned about getting business but more so about making it right for the customer. Again, I must say that is something I've never encountered in this setting.
