Primarily due to the fact my previous experiences had been so torturous. I believed it was just the industry standard to frustrate and drive people mad. Maybe it is. However, Kyle made the process pleasant and painless. A business is only as strong as its employees. Rocket Mortgage has a huge advantage in the market with people like Kyle. I thought Tima did a great job of informing me of what was required. He was knowledgable and professional. My only suggestion would be to Rocket Mortgage . They need to make it part of the process to have Tima follow up with the home owner rather than let it fall on the processors.
