I saw an ad and completed a survey Doug was the first to call. I stated what my husband and I were interested in doing. He assured he could meet our requirements if our credit was satisfactory. It was and we started the paperwork (all on line) which amazed me. Doug was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. His team were wonderful in keeping me updated on a regular basis.
