Typically I do not respond to the request for reviews, but felt the need to do so when I saw the request in my in box. As I have told my friends. The whole Rocket Mortgage experience was amazing. This company is a well oiled machine. I really believe anyone looking to refinance would be hard pressed to find a lending company that is more knowledgeable about how to do this with such professionalism and accuracy. Phil Childerson got the ball rolling and never stopped until settlement was made. His closing team was also amazing!! Great experience!! Don`t hesitate to put your trust in this company. Within the hour of me calling Rocket Mortgage, and showing interest in re-financing, Martha called me back and started the process.

Guy was great to deal with from beginning to end, always available to answer any questions. I never felt pressured to make a decision and never felt like I was being 'sold' anything. I would recommend working with Guy to friends and family.

I just finished doing my fourth loan with Brian and my experience with Brian was, for the fourth time, excellent. When the loan process was in his court I always felt fully informed and confident that everything was moving along on track and with a sense of urgency. It's always a pleasure to work with Brian.
