I worked with their Mortgage Specialist, David Toma and right from the start he was not only very polite & professional BUT was very patient with me through all the details and processes… He took the time to explain everything and totally looked out for my best interest. With all of that I was not only able to lock a great rate but also with very affordable payments. David Toma listened to me and what my needs and overall objectives were with the purchase of my home. So a BIG thank you to David Toma!
There were some others involved in the process including, Christina Cooper and Zaccarri Krasnov on the closing side of the process which they were also very polite and professional. So thank you to them both! Overall, I rate Q&L at 5+ Stars!!

She is fast and efficient and explains the process very well. I was uncertain about doing everything online and she put my fears at ease. She is also very personable and does not talk over you which helps the process - you don't feel like you're being hurried along or you're wasting her time (which is something I have experienced in the past with other non-Rocket Mortgage bankers).
