James is a home loan specialist! At first when my Wife and I were in the process of looking for our home and we decided to get pre-approved for a mortgage we contacted Rocket Mortgage and James was there to answer all of our questions. At first when I talked to him he sounded like a used car salesman but the longer we worked together on our mortgage I had learned James really is a master in his field. James had stayed on top of our purchase at all times. If he said he would call at 9:45 a.m. and my phone would ring at 9:45 a.m. James is prompt, professional and informative.
