Too bad there are only five stars! I called Rocket Mortgage after Chase had no options for me to renew my loan with them and combine my second mortgage. Within minutes, Alex had a proposed way ahead and walked me through the entire process. Additionally, his sincerity in wanting to help me formed a bond which for me is extremely rare when it comes to my money. I have since told anyone who will listen to give him a call.
