My son was approved for a home loan. When he put an offer in on a home the lender who was refereed to us by the realtor stated that actually he didn't qualify and need me, his mom to co-sign. I was put off by that and went on to my husbands employers perk website. There prefered lender is Rocket Mortgage. It was a Saturday moring when I found out this information but I thought lets give it a try ...My son was approved for a home loan. It was a Saturday moring when I found out this information but I thought lets give it a try to call a lender on a Saturday. Honestly expected a voice message to call us back during business hours, but to my surprise I was connected with Kyle. I told him our situation and explained that we were already into the documentation with the other lender. He reassured me that he could work with our tight timeline (3 weeks) and that we would get a better deal. He was correct on both counts. We closed on March 30th and saved about 4K over the quote from our first lender. I highly recommend Kyle and all of Rocket Mortgage. Most is done on-line as far as doucmentation and the website keeps you up to date on what they are doing and what you need to do. Kyle called my son on his own time at least twice to keep him up to date and assure him it would be done on time. I rarely write reviews but Kyle and Rocket Mortgage did such a great job everyone should be this lucky to have them as a lender.Read MoreRead Less
