Like to mention that we called Cory on a Sunday afternoon when we looked at a house while visiting family and within 30 minutes we had a pre approval letter emailed to us because of which we were able to give the seller an offer. We had a contract in hand in a couple of days and the process was a smooth sailing after that. Cory was always on top of his business, always called us when said he will and always kept us up-to-date with necessary information. In a world where customer service is lacking, Dan impressed me beyond belief. Friendly, helpful and professional. He made my experience as easy and stress free as possible. He delivered on all his promises and I was never given any "suprise" or " I forgot to mention that" costs" I would recommend him to anyone and I don't say that very often.
