She was prompt (but not pushy) in keeping me in the loop, and she was always there with a straightforward, easy-to-grasp answer when I needed follow-up clarification on some issue. Basically, she was a complete and utter STAR. I don't know how many clients she maintains at any one time (they must be legion, because she seems that good), but I always had the impression that she remembered exactly who I was, what I needed, and was genuinely happy to talk to me. I was already a client of Rocket Mortgage. But of course every purchase is a little different. Tim had already done the prequalification on me for a new purchase. Once I let him know I found "the one" he had several loan variations for me to choose from and comfortably decided on within two days. AND THIS WAS ON A WEEKEND. Couldn't ask for a more professional, knowledgeable agent to work ...I was already a client of Rocket Mortgage. But of course every purchase is a little different. Cory was very professional and helpful with all our needs that led us to purchasing our new home and assisting us with our loan. He helped us get the rates that we needed in order to make timely payments but still low enough for us to live our life as well.
