Scott, everything went very smoothly and we were very satisfied up through the signing. Rate was good, we got changed over to a 30 yr fixed etc, etc. BUT, we are still waiting for a "refund" for part of the closing costs. We knew $712 would be our part, but were told we should get the $1000+ from the escrow amount. Also wondering if we get credit for our March payment that was pulled a few days ...Scott, everything went very smoothly and we were very satisfied up through the signing.
