mike was professional and courteous throughout the application process. Very friendly and knowledgeable of what was needed and how to walk us through. Also, he was available at odd hours when I called with questions. Even after the closing I had a few late questions He again was quick to help and responded promptly.

One thing that has me pretty annoyed is that after the loan closing I have received and continue to receive A LOT of junk mail. I realized Shane has nothing to do with this, but I need to voice my displeasure about this, so hopefully this feedback goes through the proper channels.
