What stuck out the most about JD was his ability to make the overall experience personable and comfortable. He called me to help take me through the process and also whenever I had questions about procedures or the numbers. Everything he promised came true, including the closing date and how quickly it could be done. When we found out that Cass was only 23 years old, we were truly amazed. My wife and I could not have been happier with the results. It was quick, easy, and most importantly stress free, all due to Cass's professionalism. He has exceptional customer service skills, and because of this, he builds a relationship of trust with his clients. He is patient with people who are not quite as technologically savvy as he is when you are uploading documents and using Rocket Mortgage.com, and he loves what he does. I am totally impressed with this young man and his knowledge about the loan process. He is excellent also with communication and with communicating with others involved such as the real estate agent, and the other people involved in the process at Rocket Mortgage.
