She was prompt (but not pushy) in keeping me in the loop, and she was always there with a straightforward, easy-to-grasp answer when I needed follow-up clarification on some issue. Basically, she was a complete and utter STAR. I don't know how many clients she maintains at any one time (they must be legion, because she seems that good), but I always had the impression that she remembered exactly who I was, what I needed, and was genuinely happy to talk to me. I was already a client of Rocket Mortgage. But of course every purchase is a little different. Tim had already done the prequalification on me for a new purchase. Once I let him know I found "the one" he had several loan variations for me to choose from and comfortably decided on within two days. AND THIS WAS ON A WEEKEND. Couldn't ask for a more professional, knowledgeable agent to work ...I was already a client of Rocket Mortgage. But of course every purchase is a little different.
