I started a refi process with 5th 3rd bank in November of 2016. By the middle of February 2017, I had not closed nor did I know with certainty the status of my loan. I received a lower interest rate from Rocket Mortgage than the one offered by the other lending institution. I close my Rocket Mortgage on the 29th of March at 2pm.
