I was impressed by Shane's efficiency and responsiveness to all of my requests and he was able to facilitate my loan by guiding me to the correct associates for my needs and answering any questions that I had promptly. I interacted with Shane at the very beginning of the loan process and with his associates more extensively as the loan approval was prepared but I felt that Shane was overseeing the process throughout to make sure everything that needed to be done was done expeditiously.
