Great/timely followup whenever issues arose. Clearly explained the process steps. Was very impressed with the speed of the entire operation. What took weeks to accomplish when I was negotiating with Wells Fargo was accomplished in hours or days with Chris. He was very businesslike and respectful of my time and efforts.

Nik was very informative and helpful. The system itself was frustrating as I am older and not real computer savvy.

Omar told me exactly what to expect in the processing of the loan. He made one adjustment that I requested along the way. Everything transpired precisely as he had told us it would, without hitches or surprises. He helped make the process painless and as convenient as it could be.
