Chris was so helpful and patient with me as he educated an educator through this intimidating process. I feel he went beyond his job to help me feel comfortable and build trust in refinancing my home. Chris comes highly recommended and I will always be thankful God sent him to help guide me through the refinance with the best deal out there. He truly saved me money, shorter terms, pay off quicker,...Chris was so helpful and patient with me as he educated an educator through this intimidating process. AJ was great to work with, his responsiveness made me feel like I was in good hands. I had reservations about doing an online loan but now because of AJ and the Rocket Mortgage team I have recommended the process to several people. All throughout the process AJ was there making sure everything was ok. AJ's knowledge and professionalism was key for us and I know he will work as hard as he did for ...AJ was great to work with, his responsiveness made me feel like I was in good hands. My recent re-fi with Chris and Rocket Mortgage was the easiest I have ever experienced. My only wish would be that the requests for documents from me could have been consolidated so that there were fewer requests. That is my only wish for improvement.
