I had not dealt with Rocket Mortgage before. These guys were awesome from start to end. They really are on it and come through with what they promise. My experience could have not been better. Ali was very professional and curtious. Heck, she responded to my questions on a Sunday. She walked me through the entire closing process in a week. I have been through another closing process recently and my experience was ten times better this time.

He is a great guy because he took good care of what we needed. I live in LA area, and he lives in Detroit area, and there are two (2) hours different between these two (2) city. But I often received email from him at our time 6 pm or even later.
