One thing that has me pretty annoyed is that after the loan closing I have received and continue to receive A LOT of junk mail. I realized Shane has nothing to do with this, but I need to voice my displeasure about this, so hopefully this feedback goes through the proper channels.

I started my loan process with another lender. When it fell apart, I was referred to Nate Pitts at Rocket Mortgage. I contacted Nate and explained my situation. He was extremely patient and answered all questions about the Rocket Mortgage mortgage process. Nathan got me approved the same day!
