Marcello was extremely professional and responsive, my experience with him could not have been better, or easier. I really appreciate his response time and getting my loan started and closed with no hassles and also the short time frame from beginning to end.

Merribeth made a terribly unpleasant mortgage process as easy as it can possibly be. She was helpful, cheerful, encouraging and responsive. We greatly appreciated her help and enjoyed very much working with her.

I have always felt that Maribeth was available anytime I called and never kept me waiting for any information. Was very professional I didn't have to ever talk to an answer machine and wait for days for someone to get back to me. That is huge. If she wasn't available I knew it and there was someone else ready and available to help me. I couldn't say enough. I was very satisfied

I do not play well with institutions. For this reason not only was I skeptical of getting the refinance at all but I definitely didn't think it would go smoothly. Matt was a phone call away usually within minutes to answer any detail I found troubling. One ingredient does not a cake make but if other transactions are similar to mine, I highly recommend Matt and Rocket Mortgage to anyone.
