Brett was very good at keeping us informed of where we were in the process He emailed almost daily to inform us of documents needing to be signed in our Rocket Mortgage account. He was very friendly and directed us to whom could answer any questions we had the quickest Most wonderful customer service as the rest of the team we worked with.

Rocket Mortgage was the second loan company that we considered to refinance our home. With Chad Kubik assistance the process was quick and seamless. We never had to leave our home and the closing was completed ahead on time. Any loan needs that we might have in the future we will diffinitly call Rocket Mortgage first.

Sincerely,
David & Alice
