Tom was a great resource during my home purchase. Being a first time buyer, the process can seem a bit daunting but Tom constantly exudes confidence and an overall calming demeanor. Coming from a seasoned professional like Tom, this gave me 100% confidence to just go out and find my house, and not even worry for a second about my financing.

I actually was so hesitant to deal with the whole mortgage process that I paid a much higher interest rate for years. I kept seeing commercials and receiving offers from Rocket Mortgage for a lower interest rate. I decided to go on line and see what I would qualify for. I was very leery when Cass called me so fast. I expected a fast talking, hard selling Sales Rep. Instead, Cass assured me ...I actually was so hesitant to deal with the whole mortgage process that I paid a much higher interest rate for years.
