I didn't think it was feasible that it could be resolved but Kristin was able to make the refinance happen. Even after he process was moved to a different office, she continually checked on me and that everything was on track. She was always pleasant, task oriented and most importantly, knowledgeable about the mortgage business. I appreciated her work ethic, tenacity, intelligence and service thoughtout this experience. I will use her again and would recommend her highly to anyone. She is an asset to Rocket Mortgage and to the customer service industry. Read MoreRead Less
