Brad was always quick to respond to questions and moved the process along from start to finish. I even made a last minute change just a few days before closing and it was not a problem at all. I would first like to say that my experience with Rocket Mortgage was outstanding but if not for Kyle Glenn who first contacted me after filling out the necessary forms online I would not be the extremely happy person I am today. I was in a rut with my present financial situation and Kyle actually reached out to me!
