When I called Nathan I was in a bit of a panic. I had been absolutely run through the mill by another (realtor recommended) mortgage company. I just felt it had to be easier. I was feeling as if I were close to tears when I made the call. Nathan listened, calmed me, and told me we were going to work together to make this happen. I had been pre-approved by Rocket Mortgage. He said ok, let's get this going. Here's what will happen next. I told him I had to have a decision by a certain date and he assured me that would not be a problem. I hung up from that first call feeling like a huge weight had been lifted...and it had. Nathan kept in touch with me during the initial process to assure me that things were happening on his end and it's all good. I would rate more than a 5 if that were possible. On another note, the closing title company agent told me that she loves when a buyer uses Rocket Mortgage. She said that the buyer comes in so informed (and I was) that her job is so much easier.
