I did shop around before finally settling on Rocket Mortgage after we found a property, but Nathan's offered rates and terms were as good as, or better, than anything else I could find on the market, either with big banks or smaller lenders. Shane was the BEST!!! We are first time homebuyers and nervous about the whole thing. Shane communicated with us very well. If we asks a question, he was there. He also had a great sense of humor which makes a HUGE difference in what could have been a stressful situation. I asked my Realtor what her thoughts were of Shane and she said "Top Notch.
