My first impression of Skylar was that he was too cocky. I almost didn't go with him because I didn't believe the claims he was making. He was full of assurances about how nobody could touch their rates and it wasn't even really worth my time to check around. I didn't want to go through the application process only to find that he was blowing smoke.

After I finally did the application, I found that not only was Skylar being accurate about all his claims, but the process of dealing with Rocket Mortgage took much less effort on my part in terms of the documentation I had to provide and other time I had to take for the process.
