Tina was a friendly voice in large mortgage company who genuinely cared about our understanding of the mortgage process. She even involved her supervisor once reference how the deal was going to come together which resulted in not needing a bridge loan (went right to a VA loan), a lower interest rate, and the sellers providing us with a significant amount at closing to use as we needed to make the overall numbers work.
