Once I did decide to go forward with my loan Chris made it so easy! It took me a day to send the few items that were needed, then he and his team took care of the rest. Not only did he offer us several options, he took the time to insure we understood our options and chose the best one for us. Additionally, I would say that the process with Rocket Mortgage was the most streamlined and customer friendly service I've experiences.
