I almost never trust people on the phone....But as I worked with Michael, I found his work good.
He did what he said he was going to do. He always responded to my phone calls in a short time. And some of my calls were on Sunday. He accepted my suggestions My loan was completed in a timely fashion. He was a little bit of a fast talker, and I just had to ask him to slow down> I enjoyed the fact that I did not have to go anywhere to get this done. I had plenty of opportunity to check the numbers and compare with my friend who is a broker. So I was satisfied with the service and would use it again.
