I contacted Jordan in November of last year and had a wonderfully friendly conversation about how we wanted to refinance the house along with our home improvement loan but were not quite ready yet. Told her more like January after we filed taxes. She waited and didn't hassle us and when I contacted her in February she made it extremely easy to pick up were we had left off and made our closing the easiest I have ever been through. Let me begin with the fact I chose a different lender first and the demand for documents etc was just time consuming and for some reason with a 2012 foreclosure well this lender couldn't make a Refi happen on our house that we have not missed a payment in 9 years. Well now I turned to Andrew and the Refi was done in less than 30 days with only submitting half the documents requested by the previous lender.
