As I was interested in options to free up some cash monthly, I then called Michael and found him friendly first and then professional. We set up an appointment to chat and discuss, and in one call I was satisfied with what he had presented to me. It was that easy. When I had a question or two, he was happy to answer via text or the phone, which I appreciated. He was clear and articulate about the numbers and the reasoning, and the rest of the Service process, and the ease with which it moved, was top notch.
