My experience with Rocket Mortgage was exceptional. I did not expect this quick a response to my application. My loan was approved and closed within a month. The Staff at Rocket Mortgage were very helpful and friendly . They answered all my question and kept in almost daily contact with me on the status of my loan. I had the pleasure of meeting Anthoine on the phone. I was playing around on the computer for a government loan. The next thing I recalled Anthoine was on the phone. I stated to him I didn't want a loan, I was just playing around. He started requesting all type of documents. After getting in touch with Rocket Mortgage to do a refi I was contacted by John. He contacted me with 30 minutes of the initial request. We got started on the process immediately and within 2 weeks we were closing. This is the second time I have used Rocket Mortgage and they are excellent. Hands down John's team is excellent!

I contacted Rocket Mortgage about a month ago just to get some information on buying a home. I was connected to Avis. I could not be happier with the service I am receiving. We are currently working together to get me approved by December of 2017 by working on my credit and enrolling me into the many programs Rocket Mortgage has to offer. We have talked on the phone and by email a numerous amount ...I contacted Rocket Mortgage about a month ago just to get some information on buying a home. I was connected to Avis. I could not be happier with the service I am receiving. We have talked on the phone and by email a numerous amount of times. He returns my emails the same day and answers all my questions in detail which is helping me rebuild my credit. I am a first-time home buyer with some credit problems and with the help of Avis, I will be able to own my own home by the end of the year. Handled all my questions immediately and had a conditional approval within 2 days! I had dealt with a couple of other lenders and was immensely frustrated with the lack of communication and their unwillingness to accommodate my financing needs.
