I have always felt that Maribeth was available anytime I called and never kept me waiting for any information. Was very professional I didn't have to ever talk to an answer machine and wait for days for someone to get back to me. That is huge. I do not play well with institutions. For this reason not only was I skeptical of getting the refinance at all but I definitely didn't think it would go smoothly. Matt was a phone call away usually within minutes to answer any detail I found troubling. One ingredient does not a cake make but if other transactions are similar to mine, I highly recommend Matt and Rocket Mortgage to anyone.

This was my second refinancing through Andy and it was as successful as the first. For the first, I swear he performed miracles to get me out of a situation caused by my attorney during a bankruptcy (failure to reaffirm a mortgage) and returned me to stability with my home mortgage. This second time allowed me to capture the current rates for a 15 yr. mortgage at 3.5%. More surprisingly this ...This was my second refinancing through Andy and it was as successful as the first. My biggest motivator to refinance at this time is this will save me $66,000 in interest that I would have paid in interest for the balance of my mortgage. It's the smartest financial move I've made in decades. Andy made the process painless, speedy, and 'surprise'-free. I was more concerned about working with good people and having no problems with closing than the actual loan rates. However, my concerns with Rocket Mortgage were totally unfounded. Doing a Rocket Mortgage was fantastic. The loan officer were professional, did everything they said they would do and more. I couldn't believe how quickly they responded to my needs. In fact, it seemed like they anticipated my questions and needs before I did. The online experience was absolutely amazing. I had all of my loan documents, appraisal and everything at my fingertips and could review the final loan document days before the actual closing.
