When I talked to Rocket Mortgage I knew I wanted a fixed rate. Cass worked with me to get the perfect one for me and my husband. We did all the paperwork and when it came time to close my husband was a bit Leary the way the closing was handled. By a notary. They either meet you at your house or at a local place.
