My time working with Dustin has been great. He was helpful, honest, and trustworthy. He explained the things that needed to be done in a patient fashion. He gave us an assuring feeling that he was doing all he could to help us achieve our dream of homeownership. I have and will continue to refer my friends and family to him because I am confident in knowing he'll provide the same awesome service ...My time working with Dustin has been great. I am SO thankful Kyle was the person to answer the phone when I looked into refinancing my house! He is professional, courteous, *extremely* helpful, and was a tremendously comforting presence in a situation about which I was fairly nervous undertaking. I couldn't recommend nor commend him any more. Thank you!

We just met but I feel like I've known her for years. She has helped me get the best rate possible and she is still working to get that lowered. Sandy is getting me so many deals on my loan and everything that I can qualify for. She's GREAT! !!! I recommend her if you need a loan, hands down.

Great customer service. Chris made the process very simple. He was always available to receive and answer questions almost immediately. It couldn't have been made any easier. A pleasure with whom to do business - a real asset to Rocket Mortgage. Thank you!
